Payment terms for services are defined in the specific project proposal. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. In The Wind Transport LLC reserves the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on loading/unloading availability, route conditions (including weather and traffic), and third-party carrier capacity.
All service documents, including route plans, estimates, operational notes, and reports generated by In The Wind Transport LLC during the service period, remain the property of the client upon full payment. In The Wind Transport LLC retains the right to use anonymized service performance data for case studies unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
In The Wind Transport LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue due to delivery delays, route changes, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party carriers or operational constraints.
In The Wind Transport LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
